By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). Please review these carefully prior placing any orders. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Arabesque E-Boutique is an online service of Arabesque High Fashions for the purpose of the sale of clothing. This website is available only to individuals who meet the Arabesque terms of eligibility.

You are not obliged to register in order to purchase from our website. However, you are required to provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address and other requested information as indicated upon check-out. This is to ensure a smooth delivery process of your order. In addition, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and assure that it is valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. You therefore authorized Arabesque to process a charge/s on their payment card in the amount of the total purchase price for the item/s.

An immense precision to details has been our priority to ensure that the product displayed on our website represent a suitable shopping experience. However, color clarity of the product’s photo may vary due to inevitable differences in monitor settings; therefore Arabesque cannot guarantee that the actual product accurately correspond of that viewed online.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Placing an Order
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

Products purchased by the buyer are for personal or gift use and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. In addition, Arabesque reserves the right to restrict bulk order being shipped to one customer or delivery address.

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

Pricing Policy
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season, using existing currency exchange rates. At the Website you are given an opportunity to select your preferred currency. You may choose between UAE Dirham and US Dollar.

Arabesque Eshop offers our customers the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) system, which means that you will only be charged for the items purchased and shipping cost upon check-out. Import duty and tax cost will be invoiced to you directly by Arabesque’s official courier. Arabesque recommends that you contact your local customs authority to specify a cost price prior to purchase completion.

Payment
Arabesque Eshop provides various ways to proceed with the payment of your order.

All card payment transactions on the site are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure arabesque-hc.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

As for our customers’ convenient, we also offer CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) within UAE, if you have purchased an amount not more than 3,000 AED (Not including courier charge). In choosing this option, you agree to pay in cash the total amount you purchased from our site plus the courier charge to the courier person. Shall a customer show no response to the courier company, or fail to receive it or refuse receiving the order; the parcel will be returned to Arabesque office. In such cases, Arabesque reserves the right to block list those customer/s from re-ordering from our site.

Delivery
Arabesque Eshop will proceed with the preparation of your order within 7-9 business days after we received your order. For elaborate design with hand embroidery the preparation time will be between 7-15 business days.

Order/s will be dispatched using ARAMEX (within UAE) or DHL (outside UAE).

Within UAE – it will take 1-2 business days to be delivered.
Outside UAE – it will take 3-7 business days to be delivered, depending on your country and considering custom clearance.

For delivery outside UAE, Import duty and tax cost will be invoiced to you directly by Arabesque’s official courier. Arabesque recommends that you contact your local customs authority to specify a cost price prior to purchase completion.

Arabesque Eshop will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Security and Privacy
We have suitable technical and security measures to avoid unauthorized or unlawful access to your information. When we collect data through the site, we gather your personal details on a secure server for the sole reason of customer record keeping to be used in transaction follow-up and/or clarifications, and site promotion awareness – all these in accordance with strict confidentiality.

Arabesque Eshop retains legal ownership of the Product(s) until full payment has been made and such payment has been received. Legal ownership of the Product(s) will immediately revert to Arabesque Eshop, if payment is refunded to you.

Risk on the Product(s) will pass to you upon delivery.
