- For delivery outside UAE, Import duty and tax cost will be invoiced to you directly by Arabesque’s official courier. Arabesque recommends that you contact your local customs authority to specify a cost price prior to purchase completion.
- Arabesque Eshop offers our customers the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) system, which means that you will only be charged for the items purchased and shipping cost upon check-out. - We insure all packages in transit from Arabesque to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage, once the package has been signed for it is no longer insured by Arabesque.
- We use Aramex or DHL for UAE & Middle East, and DHL for International shipments.
- Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide. Arabesque is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
- You will receive an email indicating the Air Way Bill of your order for tracking as soon as it has been dispatched from our office.
- To track your order you may check ARAMEX for UAE shipment and DHL for international shipment.
- Your order will be shipped out after 7-9 business days once we received your order.
- For elaborate design with hand embroidery the preparation time will be between 7-15 business days after we received your order.
- Please note that the order you placed online will only be cater within 48 hours during UAE working days with the exception of Fridays, Saturdays and UAE Public Holidays.
- In case your order is ready earlier than the given preparation days, we will contact you by email.
