Return and Exchange

We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received did not satisfy you, we will happily accept a return or exchange on item/s that have not been worn, altered or damaged and must be accompanied with all tags & packaging.

We hope that you are delighted with your order. If you are not satisfied, please make sure you request a Returns Authorization Number (RAN). In order to meet our return’s policy, items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you would like to return your purchase then please follow the process below;

1. Send an email to returns@arabesque-hc.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Arabesque Eshop will issue you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and your DHL/Aramex Account number so you can organize a collection.
3. Print 3 copies of the Return Proforma Invoice that we will send you by email, write your RAN number on the box provided, sign and affix it with the filled return Airwaybill (AWB) supplied by Aramex or DHL upon collection.
4. Return Proforma Invoice and the AWB should be attached on your package.
5. Our customer care team will email you to confirm that your return has been received and we will then process the refund or exchange.

The refund or exchange can only be applied after the returned abaya/s have been received and undergone a quality control check in Arabesque head office.
 
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
 
Valid reasons for return / exchange of order:

• Faulty Product
• Wrong Size

• The UAE price stated above is based on maximum of 5 kg.
• GCC / SOME MIDDLE EAST COUNTRIES delivery price stated above is based on maximum of 1 kg.
• To know the exact delivery cost, you may be able to see it upon check-out.
• For delivery outside UAE, Import duty and tax cost will be invoiced to you directly by Arabesque’s official courier. Arabesque recommends that you contact your local customs authority to specify a cost price prior to purchase completion.
• Arabesque Eshop offers our customers the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) system, which means that you will only be charged for the items purchased and shipping cost upon check-out. Import duty and tax cost will be invoiced to you directly by Arabesque’s official courier. Arabesque recommends that you contact your local customs authority to specify a cost price prior to purchase completion.
• We insure all packages in transit from Arabesque to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage, once the package has been signed for it is no longer insured by Arabesque.
• We use Aramex or DHL for UAE & Middle East, and DHL for International shipments.
• Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide. Arabesque is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
• You will receive an email indicating the Air Way Bill of your order for tracking as soon as it has been dispatched from our office.
• To track your order you may check ARAMEX for UAE shipment and DHL for international shipment.
• Your order will be shipped out after 7-9 business days once we received your order.
• For elaborate design with hand embroidery the preparation time will be between 7-15 business days after we received your order.
• Please note that the order you placed online will only be cater within 48 hours during UAE working days with the exception of Fridays, Saturdays and UAE Public Holidays.
• In case your order is ready earlier than the given preparation days, we will contact you by email.
• Arabesque Eshop will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.
• Multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
